Built for champions. Rooted in Madhya Pradesh.
A connected multi-sport ecosystem across professional franchises, high-performance academies and athlete pathways.
HMG Sports is a multi-sport organisation from Madhya Pradesh, India, building a connected ecosystem across professional franchises, high-performance academies and athlete pathways. Home to the Bhopal Leopards and Lakecity FC, we are building platforms that take athletes from their first training session to the highest levels of competitive sport.
We believe champions are made long before the final whistle — in the nets at 6 a.m., on the range in silence, and on a muddy pitch after school. That belief shapes everything we do.
Our model brings together two powerful sides of sport: franchises that inspire communities and academies that develop the talent to power the future. Through cricket, football, shooting and other sporting disciplines, we create pathways that connect grassroots participation with elite performance.
Our ambition is global: to build HMG Sports into a name recognised alongside the world’s leading multi-sport organisations — while remaining deeply rooted in the communities, coaches and young athletes who make sporting excellence possible.
We don’t just build teams. We build the ecosystem that creates champions.
Design pillars of success
Talent First
We identify potential early, nurture it relentlessly and create pathways for athletes to progress from grassroots participation to elite competition.
High Performance
Excellence is a daily discipline. We bring together world-class coaching, sports science, technology, nutrition and performance environments to help athletes perform at their best.
Own the Pathway
From the academy to the professional franchise, we build an ecosystem where talent has a clear destination. Our teams create opportunities for the athletes we develop.
Build for the Long Term
We are not building teams for a season. We are building sporting institutions that can create lasting impact, develop generations of athletes and grow sustainable sporting communities.
Create Belonging
Great sporting organisations are built around passionate communities. Through the Bhopal Leopards, Lakecity FC and our academies, we aim to give people a team, a place and a reason to believe.
Think Global. Stay Rooted.
We benchmark ourselves against the best in the world while investing in the talent, coaches and communities of Madhya Pradesh. Our roots are local; our ambitions are global.
